Frequent Questions

For us it is important to guide you in your experience with Ariah App, below we share the answers to frequently asked questions so that you can clarify your doubts.

Sign Up

  1. To register as a new user, download the Ariah app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and select the “Register” option.
  3. Choose your residential complex or office and enter the requested personal data.
  4. Press “Continue”
  5. Accept the privacy policy and locate your home within the established range of your residential complex or office.
  6. You will receive an SMS code on the previously registered phone number.
  7. Enter it and select “Validate”. Ready! You will receive approval from the administrator shortly.

Login

  1. To sign in, enter your email address.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Press “Log In”
  1. Choose “Sign in with Google” and you will be redirected to your google accounts.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Grant permission to log in.
  1. Choose “Sign in with Apple ID”.
  2. Create an account for Ariah using your Apple ID to sign in.

 

  1. To log out, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button.
  2. Select the “Logout” option.

Password

  1. To recover your password, select the option “Forgot your password?” on the Login screen.
  2. Enter your Ariah account email and you will receive an email from our team with the steps to recover your password.
  3. Enter your password.
  1. To change your password, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button in the upper left corner.
  2. Select the “Settings” option.
  3. Select the “Change Password” option and enter your new password.
  4. Click “Submit”. Ready! Your changes have been saved.

Visitor Registration

  1. To create a new visit, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Access” button in the lower right corner.
  2. Select “+ Visit”.
  3. Enter the visitor’s name, location to visit, and the time at which your visitor will arrive.
  4. Press the “Schedule Visit” button. Ready! Your scheduled visit should appear on your Ariah main screen.
  1. To cancel a visit, from your Ariah Home Screen, first select your visit.
  2. Swipe left and select the “Cancel” option. Ready! Your visit has been cancelled.

Future Visitors

  1. To schedule an upcoming visit, from the calendar, first select the date when you want to schedule your visit.
  2. Press the “Access” button in the lower right corner.
  3. Select “+ Visit”.
  4. Enter the visitor’s name, location to visit, and the time at which your visit will arrive.
  5. Press the “Schedule Visit” button. Ready! Your scheduled visit should appear on your Ariah home screen on the specific day in which your visit was scheduled. 
  1. To schedule an upcoming visit, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Access” button in the lower right corner.
  2. Select “+ Visit”.
  3. Enter the visitor’s name, location to visit, and the date and time at which your visit will arrive.
  4. Press the “Schedule Visit” button. Ready! Your scheduled visit should appear on your Ariah home screen by selecting the specific day in which your visit was scheduled.
  1. To cancel an upcoming visit, from your home screen, search the calendar for the day you scheduled your visit.
  2. Select it.
  3. Swipe left.
  4. Choose the “Cancel” option. Ready! Your upcoming visit has been cancelled.

Group of Visitors/Event

  1. To schedule a group of visitors/event, from Ariah’s Home Screen, press the “Access” button located in the lower right corner.
  2. Select “+ Visit”.
  3. Enter the name of your first visitor, the location to visit, and the time at which your visitor will arrive.
  4. Press the “Schedule Multiple Visits” button.
  5. Add the rest of your visitors by typing each of their names, one by one.
  6. After typing each name press the “Add to List” button to add that name to your list.
  7. After adding all your visitors, at the end of your list, click on the “Schedule Visit” button located in the bottom of your screen. You’ll have the immediate option to name the event.
  8. Ready! Your group of visitors should appear on your Ariah home screen under your named event.
  1. To cancel a group of visitors/event, from your Ariah home screen, first select the group list/event.
  2. Swipe left.
  3. Select the “Cancel All” option.
  1. To add a visitor to your scheduled visits/event, from your Ariah home screen, tap on the scheduled visit/event you want to edit; you’ll see a list of all your guests with the “Add+” option at the top.
  2. Press the “Add+”
  3. Enter the name of the person you want to add to your group of visitors/event.
  4. Then press the “Schedule Visit” button. Ready! your group of visitors/event has been modified and the updated list will appear on your Ariah home screen.
  1. To remove a specific guest from a group of visitors/event, from your Ariah home screen, tap on the scheduled visit/event; you will see a list of all your guests.
  2. Select the guest you want to remove.
  3. Swipe left.
  4. Press the “Delete” button.
  5. Confirm the cancellation of the invitation. Ready! The guest has been removed from your group of visitors/event.
  1. To rename your event, from your Ariah home screen, tap on the name of the event you want to edit; you will see a list of all your guests with the option “Edit” in the upper right corner.
  2. Press the “Edit” button.
  3. Rename your event.
  4. Press the “Save” button. Ready! The name of your event has been changed.
  1. To share a group QR invitation, from your Ariah home screen, please select the scheduled event.
  2. Press the “Share” button in the top right corner. The group invitation with QR code should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Select your preferred messaging option to share the invitation to your group. Ready! You can send the QR group invitation to your visits.
  1. To share an individual QR invitation to each guest of an event, from your Ariah home screen, tap on the scheduled event; you will see a list of your guests with the “Share” option next to each of them.
  2. Press the “Share” button and the QR code invitation should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Select your preferred messaging option to share the invitation to each guest. Ready! You can send the QR code invitation individually to your guests.

Frequent Visit

  1. To create a frequent visit, from the Ariah home screen, press the “Access” button at the bottom right corner.
  2. Select the “Frequent” option.
  3. Enter the visitor’s name (required field), the type of visit, photograph of your visitor, their ID number (required field), the location to visit, the range of hours allowed for access and days allowed for access.
  4. Press the “Schedule” button. Your frequent visit will be saved.
  5. Return to your Ariah home screen.
  6. Select the “Frequent” option at the top of your calendar. Ready! Your frequent visit should be saved.
  1. To create a frequent visit, from the Ariah home screen, press the “Access” button at the bottom right.
  2. Select the “+ Visit” option.
  3. In the upper right corner slide the button to change the visit type to “Frequent”.
  4. Enter the visitor’s name (required field),, the type of visit, photograph of your visitor, their ID number (required field), the location to visit, the range of hours allowed for access and days allowed for access.
  5. Press the “Schedule” button. Your frequent visit will be saved.
  6. Return to your Ariah home screen.
  7. Select the “Frequent” option located at the top of your calendar. Ready! Your frequent visit should be saved.
  1. To remove a Frequent Visit, from your Ariah Home Screen, select the “Frequent” option at the top next to the “Pending” option.
  2. Choose the frequent visit you want to delete.
  3. Swipe left.
  4. Select the “Delete” option. Ready! Your Frequent Visit has been removed.
  1. To disable a frequent visit, from your Ariah home screen, select the “Frequent” option located at the top next to the “Pending” option.
  2. Choose the frequent visit you want to disable.
  3. Swipe left.
  4. Select the “Disable” option. Ready! Your frequent visit has been disabled temporarily.
  1. To enable a Frequent Visit, from your Ariah Home Screen, select the “Frequent” option at the top next to the “Pending” option.
  2. Choose the temporarily disabled frequent visit.
  3. Swipe left.
  4. Select the “Enable” option. Ready! Your frequent visit has been enabled again.
  1. To find your Frequent Visits, from your Ariah home screen, select the “Frequent” option at the top next to the “Pending” option. Ready! Your Frequent Visit list should appear on your screen.
  1. To create multiple frequent visits at once, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Access” button at the bottom right.
  2. Select the “Frequent” option.
  3. Enter the visitor’s name (required field), the type of visit, photograph of your visit, their ID number (required field), the location to visit, the range of hours allowed for access and days allowed for access.
  4. Press the “Schedule Multiple Visits” button.
  5. Add the rest of your frequent visits by typing each of the names one by one.
  6. After typing each name press the “Add to list” button to add each visitor to your list.
  7. After entering all your visitors, at the end of your Frequent Visit list, press the “Schedule Visit” button located on the bottom of your screen. Ready! Your frequent visits have been scheduled.
  8. Go back to your home screen and select the “Frequent” option at the top of your calendar next to “Pending”. Your Frequent Visits should be listed.

QR code invitations

  1. To send a QR code invitation to your visitor, from your Ariah home screen, go to your scheduled visit.
  2. Select the “Share” button. The QR code invitation should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Select your preferred messaging option to share the invitation. Ready! you will be able to send the QR invitation to your visit.
  1. To send a QR code invitation via WhatsApp, from your Ariah home screen, go to your scheduled visit.
  2. Select the “Share” button. The QR code invitation should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Select the “WhatsApp” option.
  4. Choose the contact you want to send the QR Code Invitation to.
  5. Tap Send. Ready! The QR code invitation has been sent to your visitor via WhatsApp.
  1. To send a QR code invitation via IMessage (IOS), from your Ariah home screen, go to your scheduled visit.
  2. Select the “Share” button. The QR code invitation should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Select the “IMessage (IOS)” option.
  4. Choose the contact you want to send the QR Code Invitation to.
  5. Tap Send. Ready! The QR code invitation has been sent to your visit via IMessage (IOS).
  1. To send a QR code invitation via Email, from your Ariah home screen, go to your scheduled visit.
  2. Select the “Share” button. The QR code invitation should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Select the “Email” option.
  4. Choose the email to which you want to send the QR code Invitation.
  5. Tap Send. Ready! The QR code invitation has been sent to your visitor via Email.
  1. To send a QR code invitation via Zoom you must have the Zoom mobile app installed on your phone. Then, from your Ariah home screen, go to your scheduled visit.
  2. Select the “Share” button. The QR code invitation should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Press the “More Options” button.
  4. Choose the “Zoom” option.
  5. Choose the zoom contact you want to send the QR Code Invitation to from your contact list.
  6. Tap Send. Ready! The QR code invitation has been sent to your visitor via Zoom.
  1. To send a QR code invitation via Facebook Messenger you will need to have the Facebook Messenger app installed on your phone. Then, from your Ariah home screen, go to your scheduled visit.
  2. Select the “Share” button. The QR code invitation should appear on your screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Press the “More Options” button.
  4. Choose the “Facebook Messenger” option.
  5. Choose the person you want to send the QR Code Invitation to from your friends list.
  6. Tap Send. Ready! The QR code invitation has been sent to your visitor via Facebook Messenger.

Send Location

  1. To share your home/office location with your visitor, from your Ariah home screen, go to your scheduled visit.
  2. Tap the text “Share Location”. Ariah’s pre-registered location for your home/office will appear on the screen next to the messaging options available on your phone.
  3. Select your preferred messaging option to share your location.
  4. Tap Send. Ready!

Schedule Delivery Services

  1. To schedule a delivery, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Access” button at the bottom right.
  2. Select “Delivery”.
  3. Choose the delivery service.
  4. Press the “Confirm” button. Ready! Your delivery has been scheduled and should appear on your Ariah home screen.
  1. To cancel your delivery, from your Ariah home screen, select the scheduled delivery service.
  2. Swipe left.
  3. Select the “Cancel” option.
  4. Confirm cancellation. Ready! Your delivery has been cancelled.

Call Security/Reception

  1. To call the reception or security, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Phone” button at the bottom left.
  2. Confirm your call and you will generate a call to your reception or security.

Check Notifications

  1. To check your notifications, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Messages” button in the top right corner.

Re-schedule Visit from visit history

  1. To re-schedule a visit from your visit history, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button at the top left corner.
  2. Select the “History” option.
  3. Choose the visit you want to re-schedule.
  4. Swipe left.
  5. Press the “Update/Enable” button you see on the screen. Ready! Your visit has been re-scheduled.
  1. To cancel a visit from your visit history, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button at the top left corner.
  2. Select the “History” option.
  3. Choose the pending visit you want to cancel.
  4. Swipe left.
  5. Press the “Cancel” button you see on the screen. Ready! Your visit has been cancelled.

Hosts

  1. To create an additional host for your home/office, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button at the top left corner.
  2. Select the “My Home/Offices” option.
  3. Tap the share icon at the bottom left of your home/office, and you’ll see a QR code on your screen.
  4. Press the “Share” button and send the invitation link to your additional host using the messaging option of your choice.
  5. By clicking on the link, your additional host will be redirected to a window on the Ariah home screen with the option to register to your home/office by pressing the “Add” button. Upon completion of registration, you will receive a notification to approve the new user. Ready! A new additional host has been added to your home/office.
  1. To disable a user from your home/office, from your Ariah home screen, tap the “Menu” button in the upper left corner.
  2. Select the “My Home/Office” option.
  3. Press the “Active Users” button in your home/office.
  4. Select the user you want to disable.
  5. Change its status by swiping to the left. Ready! Your user has been disabled.
  1. To register as an additional host of a home/office as a new Ariah user, download the Ariah app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Select the “Register” option.
  4. Choose the residential complex/office in which you wish to register as an additional host.
  5. Enter the requested home/office details from which you will be an additional host(home number, block, etc.).
  1. Press the “Continue” button and a window will appear on your screen telling you that the home/office is already registered, giving you the option to register as an additional host.
  2. Select the “Register as additional host” option. Ready! The home/office host will receive a notification to approve you as an additional host.

Edit Profile

  1. To edit your home/office, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button in the top left corner.
  2. Select the “My Home/Office” option.
  3. Press the “Edit” button in the top right corner.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Press the “Continue” button. Ready! Your changes have been saved.
  1. To delete a home/office, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button in the top left corner.
  2. Select the “My Home/Office” option.
  3. Press the “Edit” button in the top right corner.
  4. Tap the “Delete” icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
  5. Press the “Continue” button, confirm your action. Ready! Your home/office has been deleted.
  1. To set up your profile, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button in the top left corner.
  2. Select the “Settings” option.
  3. Select the “Edit Profile” option.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Press the “Submit” button. Ready! Your changes have been saved.
  1. To change your phone number, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button in the top left corner.
  2. Select the “Settings” option.
  3. Select the “Change Phone” option.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Press the “Submit” button. Ready! Your changes have been saved.

Dark Mode

  1. To enable dark mode in Ariah, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button in the top left corner.
  2. Select the “Settings” option.
  3. Select the “Dark Mode” option.
  4. Swipe right. Ready! Dark Mode has been enabled.
  1. To disable dark mode in Ariah, from your Ariah home screen, press the “Menu” button in the top left corner.
  2. Select the “Settings” option.
  3. Select the “Dark Mode” option.
  4. Swipe left. Ready! “Dark Mode” has been disabled.

Notes

  1. When scheduling a new visit, you will find the “Add Note” button within the available options. In this space you will be able to add a specific message/comment for your reception or security guard in reference to your visit. To add a note, slide the “Add Note” button to the right. Ready! A space will be enabled to leave your comment.
